Refunds and Returns Policy
Here at MP Gloss we believe you would never be dissatisfied with your product, but if you are then you can return any unopened products for a credit or refund. Opened or used products will however be subject to a 15% surcharge.
We will replace goods damaged in transit, once the damaged product has been returned for inspection. We always suggest patch testing any new product on your horse 48 hours before use.
