Items will be securely packaged and shipped via a signed for courier, we offer additional next day delivery if required. All shipping is calculated on weight of products ordered, please ensure someone is available to receive goods.
Returns and Refund Policy
Here at MP Gloss we believe you would never be dissatisfied with your product, but if you are then you can return any unopened products for a credit or refund. Opened or used products will however be subject to a 15% surcharge. We will replace goods damaged in transit, once the damaged product has been returned for inspection. We always suggest patch testing any new product on your horse 48 hours before use.
